Why M37?
Our name comes from Move 37: AlphaGo’s unexpected move in its second game against Lee Sedol in 2016. It revealed a possibility that conventional thinking had overlooked. For us, it is a reminder to stay curious, question assumptions and make technology useful.

Michael Peric is an independent consultant and the founder of M37. He brings 20 years of experience leading business transformation, digital programs and operational improvement across global organizations, including The LEGO Group, TradePoint, Demant, Tempur Sealy and Siemens Gamesa. With an MSc in Information Technology and a BSc in Economics and Business Administration, he works at the intersection of business strategy, processes, data and applied AI—turning emerging technology into governed, practical solutions.
